What countries and regions do you ship to?

We can ship to the following countries and regions: Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, contiguous United States (excluding APO, FPO addresses)
We will be open to more countries and regions in the future. If your location is not on the list, feel free to contact us at contact@dailylabshop.com or via live chat for inquiry.

When will you ship the item?

We will arrange and ship out your order within 72 hours and upload the tracking numbers after shipment. A tracking number will be provided via email when your order ships.
For orders within the US: it usually takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping / 3-5 business days for Express shipping to arrive.
For orders to other countries and regions: it may take 7-12 business days for standard shipping / 5-7 business days for Express shipping to arrive.

Which shipping provider will my package be shipped by?

Most of the orders within the US will be shipped by Yun Express or Amazon Logistics, depending on whether there is enough inventory in the US warehouse. For orders to other countries and regions, they will be shipped by Yun Express or EMS in most cases.

How can I track my order?

We will ship your order within 72 hours of your qualifying purchase. An email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can check out the latest shipping status with the tracking number at Order Tracking Page.

How much does the shipping cost?

Free standard shipping for orders above $49 worldwide. If your order value is below $49,the shipping costs to different countries and regions vary:
US: A fixed standard shipping cost $9 applies.
Other countries and regions: A fixed standard shipping cost $11 applies.

VAT or import tax included?

The total charges for orders do not include import taxes or customs duties, which vary by country and you should check whether your order will incur any such charges before finalizing your purchase.
If any customs duties or charges are due, you will receive an email from our third-party supplier instructing you on how to pay these charges. Please note that your order might not be delivered until these fees are settled.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order if it hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us at contact@dailylabshop.com within 24 hours of your qualifying order.
· The cancellation of order is not accepted for orders that have been shipped out. Should the cancellation be compulsory, the request will be treated as a return.

Please note that a cancellation processing fee (15% of your purchase amount), and any extra charges incurred in a return not due to our error (defective/wrong items) shall be borne by customers. Please refer to Return & Exchange Policy
