Product Warranty

DAILY LAB's products have been manufactured under rigid quality specifications and control built for longevity. They are warranted by DAILY LAB to, under normal use and conditions, be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year that you, the original purchaser, own them. Should a product be proven defective, please return it to us by referring to Return & Exchange Policy.

DAILY LAB’s only obligations are limited to repairment or replacement of the product and do not include any liability for damages for claims because of accidents, negligence, misuse, alteration, commercial use, or improper installation.

The warranty does not cover products purchased, serviced or otherwise used outside countries and regions where DAILY LAB or its authorized distributors originally sold the products. The warranty is not transferable.

The warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties or liabilities. DAILY LAB makes no other warranties as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranties including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use that cannot be disclaimed, shall be limited to duration of the warranty. In no case shall DAILY LAB be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. No person or representative is authorized to assume for DAILY LAB any liability other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of this product.

Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state/province to state/province.

To obtain warranty service, DAILY LAB or its authorized distributors require that you furnish proof of purchase details and related photos/videos at contact@dailylabshop.com respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow DAILY LAB's procedures for obtaining warranty service.
