Fit the silicone plug into the upper gap of the front air vent. Slide the diffuser to left/right until it gets fixed.

Daily Lab Star Glow diffuser-For Model 3/Y is designed specifically to fit in the slot of front air outlet on Model 3/ Model Y, but NOT for Model S/X 22.

If you have an older version of Model S/X with air vent grills, DAILY LAB diffusers for universal series with air vent clips could fit in.
